Banksy A Visual Protest Exhibition In Rome

Date(s): 21.03.20 - 26.07.20. Venue: Chiostro del Bramante, Via Arco della Pace 5, 00186 Rome, Italy.

From the 21st March to the 26th July 2020 there will be about 80 works on show that tell the world of Banksy. The 'Banksy A Visual Protest' exhibition takes place within the sixteenth-century architecture of Rome's beautiful Cloister of Bramante which showcases the "unknown" artist who conquered the world thanks to works imbued with irony, denunciation, politics, intelligence and protest. From 'Love Is In The Air' to 'Girl With Balloon'; from 'Queen Vic' to 'Napalm', from 'Toxic Mary' to 'HMV', from the proofs for the book 'Wall & Piece' to the discographic projects for vinyl and CD covers; Banksy’s world will be on show to the public. An inspiration to modern pop culture and the forgotten citizens of today's world, this a must-see exhibition if you find yourself in Rome over the exhibition’s time period.

Opening times: Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 8:00pm / Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am to 9:00pm / Last entrance is one hour before closing time / Tickets: from 15.00 Euros
