Rome Art Week 2018

The third edition of Rome Art Week 2018 (RAW for short) is an innovative project that involves the entire city of Rome through different events in its art galleries and professional art studios. It was created to give a new impetus to the contemporary art scene and market of the capital and to bring it to the attention of the international art circuits. During the Rome Art Week participating galleries and institutions will organise one or more events to present to the public their vision of contemporary art. There are over 150 galleries and institutions participating at this edition of Rome Art Week that will organise one or more events to present to the public their vision of contemporary art without any cost of entry. This year over 300 artists have already registered who will either have an open studio to illustrate their research or will participate in project events or exhibitions in the galleries. Participation has been reserved for artists who practice in a professional manner.
